Our Manifesto
We want, and aspire for, our events to be inclusive, where all are welcome
We will bring less well known, hard to see artists and performers to Whitby to be part of our gathering, alongside established performers to celebrate the diversity of the gothic and alternative cultures so many of us love
The festival will, when and where possible, diversify into film, art, spoken word with guest appearances, as well as theatre
We are committed to supporting our nominated charities and partners through our events as well as supporting other events across the town through a spirit of cooperation
We belief our approach will enhance the shared experience which contributes to make visiting Whitby for the biannual festivals something not to be missed
